Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received. We accept payments through approved and secure gateways in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay). Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT (if applicable).
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver within Saudi Arabia and GCC through approved courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are only applicable in the case of a manufacturing defect found upon receiving the product. Customers must notify us of the defect within 3 days of delivery and provide proof (photos/videos) along with the original receipt.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once the defect is verified, the customer may choose between replacement of the item (subject to availability), or refund of the purchase amount, which will be processed to the original payment method.
